Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Donald Banks. He is a 64 year-old male Black who was last seen on July 27, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., on the 1600 block of W Avenue J, in the city of Lancaster.
Donald is 5’7” tall, 137lbs with balding gray hair, hazel eyes, and beard. He takes daily medication and suffers from congestive heart failure, diabetes and has a pacemaker.
Mr. Banks' family is concerned fo his well-being and asking the public for their assistance.
