* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia, including the following county, Effingham and southeast South Carolina, including the following counties, Beaufort and Jasper.
* WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 613 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with torrential rainfall extending from Hardeeville to Daufuskie Island. This activity will move slowly north through 730 PM. Minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas is possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Bellinger Hill Area, Hutchinson Island, Hardeeville, Pritchardville, Sun City, Purysburgh, Levy and Limehouse.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EFFINGHAM, GA ... BEAUFORT, SC ... JASPER, SC
