At 420 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Bybee Reservoir, or 20 miles north of Owyhee, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust reducing visibility. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Flying H Ranch, Riddle, and Patlock Ranch around 430 PM MDT. Payne Creek Reservoir around 440 PM MDT.
