Traffic Alert: Procession for LASD Deputy Osborn at 10:30 a.m. via Yorba Linda Blvd. Expect delays. Plan alternate routes. 
The funeral procession for fallen Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Osborn will pass through Placentia this morning. The procession will exit the northbound 57 Freeway at Yorba Linda Boulevard and proceed eastbound through the City into Yorba Linda.
The anticipated arrival time is approximately 10:30 a.m., but it may vary. The California Highway Patrol will manage all traffic control and road closures.
Significant traffic delays are expected along Yorba Linda Boulevard between the west and east ends of the City. Please plan accordingly and consider alternate routes.
