* Relative Humidity...For the Red Flag Warning, minimum relative humidity values as low as 5 percent. For the Fire Weather Watch, minimum relative humidity values as low as 7 percent.

* Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and low relative humidity values will create critical fire weather conditions.
