• Berckman St. from  E.5^th St to E.7^th St  7am-4pm
• East 3^rd St / Emerson Ave   8am-4pm
• East 3^rd St / Garfield Ave  8am-4pm
• 700 block Madison Ave  8am-3pm
• 300 block Grant Ave 9am-4pm
