DETAILS: On August 5th, officers with the Amarillo Police Department developed information and possible suspects involved in a business burglary in the 5900 block of Hillside Rd. The business burglary had occurred during the early morning hours of August 5th, 2025. Officers with the APD PACE, SWAT, TFO, ARCC, and Detective units followed up on information leading them to a residence in the 1200 block of N. Seminole. Items taken in the burglary were located inside the residence. A juvenile was detained and transported to the Amarillo Police Department. Multiple units within APD assisted in the investigation. The investigation is still on going.
