Flood Advisory until 05:15PM 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Franklin, Halifax, Johnston, Nash, Wake and Warren.
* WHEN...Until 515 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 215 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. While 1 to 2 inches has fallen over much of the advisory area, up to 4 inches of rain has fallen in western Nash county. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Raleigh, Rocky Mount, Roanoke Rapids, Nashville, Louisburg, Warrenton, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Clayton, Zebulon, Dortches, Littleton, Bailey, Bunn, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Wendell, Rolesville, Red Oak and Weldon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FRANKLIN, NC ... HALIFAX, NC ... JOHNSTON, NC ... NASH, NC ... WAKE, NC ... WARREN, NC
Instructions:
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Turn around, don't drown. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
