A Risk Level 3 Offender will be relocating to the Cass Lake Area on 7-24-2025. The offender Leroy Joseph Richardson DOB 03-21-1976. 
Sheriff Bryan Welk reports that the Cass County Sheriff' Office has been notified by the Minnesota Department of Corrections that a Risk Level 3 Offender relocated to the 300 block of Spruce Ave, Cass Lake, MN on July 24th 2025. The offender has been identified as Leroy Josheph Richardson DOB 03-21-1976.
