Hawaii Police Department reports a traffic Advisory: Avoid Highway 130 near the 10-mile marker and Pahoa Village Road for the next few hours due to smoky conditions. A brush fire on a vacant lot near the 10-mile marker has caused heavy smoke in the area. The Hawaii Police and Fire Department are currently on scene. While the roads are not closed at this time, the public is advised to limit travel in the area.
