Harper Woods City Offices will be closed on Monday, August 11th, due to a planned power outage for generator upgrades. The scheduled City Council meeting for Monday, 8/11, is still expected to convene at 7 pm. The city offices will reopen for normal business on Tuesday, August 12th.
