WATER RESTRICTIONS CONTINUE

IMPORTANT MESSAGE for affected communities of Porter Ranch and Granada Hills.

To help support water service restoration work, LADWP is urging customers in Granada Hills and Porter Ranch to not use tap water at their homes or businesses. As crews make progress toward refilling the water system in your area, customers may have low water pressure at their tap. We need customers to keep their taps shut and use bottled water for drinking and cooking to allow the pipes and tanks serving your neighborhoods to refill. Using tap water during these operations will cause a loss of pressure needed to restore service. Please TURN OFF SPRINKLERS. 

The Boil Water notice remains in place for parts of Granada Hills and Porter Ranch, even if water is restored to your location. View the areas impacted by the Boil Water notice and search for your specific address at LADWP Service Area Boil Water Notice Zone Map.

To find out how to treat water, as well as water distribution locations and operational hours, visit the LADWP Boil Water Notice Website. If you are unable to visit a water distribution site and need additional assistance, call 1-800-DIAL DWP (1-800-342-5397). Callers are instructed to choose the option for “Water Outage” and then choose the option to speak with a representative.
