The 49ers take on the Denver Broncos in their first preseason game this Saturday at Levi’s® Stadium. Expect heavy traffic and delays throughout the day on major roads around the stadium, including Highways 101, 237, 880, Lawrence Expressway, Great America Parkway, and San Tomas Expressway.
Key road impacts:
Tasman Drive will be closed between Convention Center Circle and Centennial / Marie P DeBartolo Way starting at 1:30 a.m. and will remain closed until after the game.
The slip ramp from eastbound Tasman Drive to Stars and Stripes Drive will be closed, except for access to the train station, Youth Soccer Park, and Gold Lot 1-5.
Counterflow traffic will be in place to help exit the area. This will affect Highway 237 and Great America Parkway. Off-ramps will be closed, and access will be limited.
No parking will be allowed on Tasman Drive and the marked section of Lick Mill Boulevard.
Drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians should follow all posted signs and directions from traffic staff. Please be patient and plan extra time for your trip.
