* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi, including the following county, DeSoto and West Tennessee, including the following county, Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 416 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Collierville, Germantown, Olive Branch, Cordova, Memphis, Southeast Memphis, Piperton, Lenow, Handy Corner, White Station and Fisherville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
