LADWP Urges Granada Hills and Porter Ranch Customers: DO NOT USE TAP WATER TO HELP US RESTORE SERVICE
Using tap water, running sprinkler systems and refilling pools will slow service restoration in area
To support ongoing water service restoration efforts, LADWP is urging customers in Granada Hills and Porter Ranch to NOT USE TAP WATER at your homes or businesses. The more water we use right now the longer it will take our system to recover. Please keep taps shut until further notice.
Our crews are working around the clock and making progress to refill the water system in your area. As this work continues, water pressure may be low, and any usage will delay progress.
-Use bottled water for drinking and cooking
-Keep all indoors and outdoors taps closed.
-TURN OFF all sprinklers and irrigation systems
-Using water during this critical time causes a drop in pressure.
