* WHERE...Portions of Kansas, including the following counties, Atchison, Doniphan, Johnson, Leavenworth, Linn, Miami, and Wyandotte. And for portions of Missouri, including the following counties, Bates, Buchanan, Caldwell, Carroll, Cass, Clay, Clinton, Jackson, Johnson, Lafayette, Linn, Livingston, Platte, and Ray.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
