* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with elevated rainfall rates (1 to 3 inches per hour) may develop and continue to move over the same areas for several hours. After initial heavy rainfall into Sunday morning, additional rounds of heavy rainfall may occur in some areas on Sunday night.
