Flood Advisory until 05:30AM 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast South Carolina, including the following counties, Beaufort and Jasper.
* WHEN...Until 530 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 410 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain extending from Hilton Head to Daufuskie Island and extending offshore. This rain will spread into areas around Bluffton and Levy. A quick 1 to 2 inches of rain could fall, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Bellinger Hill Area, Pritchardville, Rose Hill, Forest Beach, Calawassie Island, Palmetto Bluff, Myrtle Island and Brighton Beach.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BEAUFORT, SC ... JASPER, SC
