Flood Advisory until 07:00AM 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast South Carolina, including the following counties, Beaufort and Jasper.
* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 517 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain extending from Pritchardville and Bluffton to Daufuskie Island and Hilton Head. As much as 2 to 3 inches of rain have already fallen in some areas this morning. An additional 1 to 2 inches could fall through 7 AM. The risk for minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas continues. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Bellinger Hill Area, Pritchardville, Rose Hill, Forest Beach, Calawassie Island, Palmetto Bluff, Myrtle Island and Brighton Beach.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BEAUFORT, SC ... JASPER, SC
