* WHERE...A portion of east central Missouri, including the following counties, southeastern Franklin, Jefferson, southwestern Saint Louis and northeastern Washington.
* WHEN...Until 545 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 244 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... St. Louis, Wildwood, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Arnold, Manchester, Crestwood, Festus, Eureka, Sunset Hills, Valley Park, De Soto, Shrewsbury, Pevely, Fenton, Herculaneum, Hillsboro, Byrnes Mill, Potosi and Lakeshire.
