ALAMEDA COUNTY – Northbound Interstate 680 has re-opened at 2:30 PM, Sunday August 10, more than 15.5 hours ahead of schedule, after Caltrans successfully completed operations at the Northbound I-680/Mission San Jose Separation Overpass in the City of Fremont.
