Officers responded to the listed area to assist with a subject in distress. The subject refused to comply with the officers, and force was required to restrain him. The subject was taken to a local facility for further assistance.
2. Robbery (1457) Main Street and San Joaquin Street, Civic District
The male victim, 80, was in the listed area when the suspect approached and took property from the victim’s hand. The victim attempted to retrieve the property, and the suspect punched him but dropped the property. The suspect fled. The victim was uninjured, and the property was recovered. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1500) 1200 Block of Waterloo Frontage Road, Park District
The male victim, 44, was driving in the listed area when he accidentally backed into the known suspect’s vehicle. The suspect then intentionally rammed the victim’s vehicle and fled. The victim sustained visible injuries but declined medical attention. SUSPECT: White male adult.
