Special Weather Statement until 03:15AM Monday

At 248 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from over Tybee Island to 12 miles southeast of Forest Beach, moving north at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Hilton Head Island, Forest Beach, Lawton, Calibogue Cay, Folly Field, Hilton Head Airport, Wilton Graves Bridge, Caril Bowers Bridge, Bluffton and Parris Island.
