Wilmington Police arrest three following drug investigation: 
Wilmington Police have arrested three suspects in reference to a drug investigation.
On August 6 at approximately 2:19 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division – with the assistance of the Crime Gun Intelligence Center and Safe Streets Task Force – executed a search warrant in the 400 block of North Scott Street in reference to an ongoing drug investigation.
Police arrested three suspects – who initially fled on foot and were taken into custody after brief foot pursuits – and recovered 1.62 grams of heroin, 32 grams of marijuana, .223-caliber ammunition and 9mm ammunition.
Robert Shipley III, 39, of Philadelphia, was found to be wanted on multiple unrelated matters. He has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
- Beach of Release
- Resisting Arrest
- Criminal Mischief Under $1,000
Nasir Bailey, 19, has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Resisting Arrest
Kevin Wynn, 48, who was found to be wanted on an unrelated matter, has been charged with the following offense:
- Resisting Arrest
