* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Cook, DuPage and Will.
* WHEN...Until 1245 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas, including flooded underpasses, roads, and streets.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 940 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain producing thunderstorms over the area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen according to radar estimates and personal weather station observations. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible over portions of the advisory area. This additional rain will result in flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Downtown Chicago, Naperville, Cicero, Bolingbrook, Oak Lawn, Berwyn, Wheaton, Oak Park, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Lombard, Addison, Woodridge, Austin, Midway Airport, South Lawndale, Chicago Lawn, Irving Park, West Town and Bridgeport. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
