* WHEN...From 11 AM Tuesday to 1 AM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Hot afternoon temperatures may cause heat illnesses.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Warm overnight temperatures may not allow adequate recovery from daytime heat stresses

Instructions:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside.
