The NEW 2026-2030 Emergency Re-Entry Placards are available for pickup Mon–Fri, 9AM–3PM at the Harvey Cedars Borough Hall for Harvey Cedars property owners ONLY.
- Only 1 placard per property owner.
- Bring valid ID and tax bill or lease.
- No placards issued within 72 hrs of a storm.
