INCIDENT: Burglary Investigation Leads to Search Warrant and Recovery of Stolen Property
LOCATION: 14000 Block of Pamlico Road, Apple Valley
SUSPECT(S): Kristal Bailey, 34-year-old female out of Victorville
Johnathan Nicolosi, 35-year-old male out of Victorville
SUMMARY:
On Monday, August 4, 2025, a Sheriff’s Service Specialist with the Apple Valley Station responded to a residence located in the 14000 block of Pamlico Road for reports of a burglary. The victim reported multiple items were missing from his residence, along with a two-seater off-highway vehicle. Through investigation, the Sheriff’s Service Specialist determined the location of the stolen property, and a search warrant was written for a residence located in the 13000 block of Burning Tree Drive in the city of Victorville.
On Tuesday, August 5, 2025, the search warrant was served and $21,730 worth of stolen property from the victim’s residence was located and returned to the victim. The off-highway vehicle is still outstanding. The attached photograph depicts the exact off-highway vehicle that is currently missing.
Kristal Bailey and Johnathan Nicolosi were arrested without incident and booked at High Desert Detention Center. Bailey was booked for burglary and was released. Nicolosi was also booked for burglary, and two misdemeanor warrants and remains in custody.
