* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Illinois, including the following county, Livingston.
* WHEN...Until 745 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Slow moving or standing water may continue.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 541 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen in the past 3 hours. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area in the next hour. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pontiac, Odell, Cullom, Saunemin and Emington. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
