* IMPACTS...Flooding is ongoing in areas of poor drainage such as low-lying ditches, roadways, and streams.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 752 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that between 2 and 4 inches of rain fell in 1 to 2 hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
