SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE OF THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK, BERGEN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Township of Teaneck Planning Board has scheduled a special Meeting to take place on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 7:30 P.M, in Council Chambers at Town Hall, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666. 

The Board's Meeting agenda, to the extent known at this time, will include:

1. The adoption of a resolution memorializing the Planning Board’s adoption of the Township of Teaneck’s Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan;
2.  The Planning Board will consider and may take formal action on an application  filed by State Corner, LLC. The Applicant is represented by Jason Tuvel, Esq. The project site is located at 140 State Street – Block #5004 – Lot 1 – B-1 Zone. The Applicant will seek preliminary and final major site plan approval in order to construct a new 66 unit multi-family residential building with retail and parking on the first floor, with additional 2 level underground parking with 97 parking spaces. The Applicant will also seek approval for deviations from the Redevelopment Plan deemed to be required by the Planning Board. There will be an affordable housing  set aside.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that formal action may be taken by the Planning Board on all agenda items and/or such other matters that may come before the Board at the meeting.
