Wilmington Police arrest Folcroft, PA, man on drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a Folcroft, PA, man on drug charges following an investigation.
On August 11 at approximately 12:55 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division were in the 600 block of Taylor Street when they observed 30-year-old Troy Harris, Jr. of Folcroft, Pennsylvania, engaging in drug transactions. He was taken into custody without incident, and police recovered 443 grams of marijuana and packaging material.
Harris has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
