Coned traffic pattern to remain at North Av @ Springfield/Centennial due to traffic signal repair. 
The intersections of North Avenue E (NJ-28) at the intersections of Centennial Avenue and Springfield Avenue will remain partially closed due to emergency traffic signal repair.
Cross traffic will flow east/west on North Avenue. Vehicles coming off of Springfield and Centennial Avenues will have to make right turns onto North. Officers and NJDOT crews are on scene. Please do not make illegal U-turns. Use GPS apps for alternate routes. Avoid the area if possible and expect heavy delays.
