Wilmington Police arrest man on gun charge: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on a gun charge.
On August 13 at approximately 5:51 p.m., members of the Safe Streets Task Force were in the 800 block of Spruce Street when they observed a subject acting suspiciously. Police made contact with the subject – 23-year-old Jacob Foraker – and recovered a loaded 9mm handgun, two magazines and additional 9mm ammunition.
Foraker has been charged with the following offense:
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
