Wilmington Police have arrested a man in connection with a burglary.
 
On August 13 at approximately 11:30 a.m., police responded to the 600 block of North Market Street in reference to a burglary that had occurred. Officers obtained surveillance footage of a suspect, and on August 14 at approximately 12:13 a.m., a police officer on patrol located the suspect in the area of 9^th and Orange Streets.
 
Police took 39-year-old Earl McKinney into custody without incident, and identified him as a suspect in connection with the burglary incident.
 
McKinney has been charged with the following offenses:

• Burglary (Third Degree)
• Criminal Mischief (Under $1,000)

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 20 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $10,000 secured bail.
