Anticipated Parking Restrictions and Road Closures for CicLAvia - Sunday, August 17
On Sunday, August 17, 2025, Culver City and the City of Los Angeles will host CicLAvia — Culver City Meets Venice, an open-streets event expected to draw nearly 50,000 participants.
From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, portions of Washington Blvd (McManus Ave to Tilden Ave) and Washington Place (Tilden Ave to Centinela Ave) will have parking restrictions and be closed to vehicle traffic in order to allow for cyclists, pedestrians, and community activities. The route will also extend into Los Angeles, north of Centinela Ave.
𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝘂𝗯𝘀:
- Washington Blvd & McManus Ave
- Culver Blvd & Main St These hubs will feature vendors, booths, bike parking, picnic areas, and restrooms.
- Hard Closures: Washington Blvd (McManus Ave–Tilden Ave) and Culver Blvd (Canfield Ave–Washington Blvd).
- All intersecting residential streets and driveways will be closed to cross traffic.
- Local access south of the course via Braddock Dr, Lucerne Ave, and Culver Blvd.
- Local access north of the course via Venice Blvd.
- Washington Blvd at National Blvd, Duquesne Ave, Overland Ave, Washington Place at Sepulveda Blvd, and Sawtelle Blvd.
- Roads will reopen in stages starting at 4:00 PM, with an anticipated complete reopening by 6:00 PM.
