Thunderstorms with heavy rain will cause minor flooding in the following counties... Pepin...Pierce...Dunn...
* Until 800 PM CDT.
* At 623 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.
* Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... River Falls, Prescott, Ellsworth, Durand, Elmwood, Eau Galle, Plum City, Bay City, El Paso, Rock Falls, Diamond Bluff, and Esdaile.
* AFFECTED AREAS: DUNN, WI ... PEPIN, WI ... PIERCE, WI
Instructions:
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying spots.
