* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bandera, Kerr, Medina, Real and Uvalde.

* WHEN...Through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Bands of tropical showers are forecast to develop early Saturday morning and persist through the day. 1 to 2 inches of rain on average is forecast, however some isolated stripes of 3 to 5 inches is possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
