Flood Advisory until 08:00PM 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of east central Illinois, including the following county, northeast Vermilion.
* WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 549 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in less than 1 hour. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Painter Creek, Jordan Creek, Bluegrass Creek, Bean Creek, North Fork Vermilion River, Stony Creek, Middle Fork Vermilion River, Middle Branch and Windfall Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rossville, Bismarck, Henning and Alvin.
