Flood Advisory until 12:00PM 
* WHAT...Continued flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. This Flood Advisory is replacing the Flash Flood Warning that was in effect.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will.
* WHEN...Until noon CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may continue in poor drainage and urban areas, including flooded underpasses, roads, and streets.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 532 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen overnight. Runoff from this rainfall will cause continued flooding issues across portions of the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Aurora, Joliet, Naperville, Elgin, Bolingbrook, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Wheaton, Bartlett, Carol Stream, Romeoville, Plainfield, St. Charles, Woodridge, Oswego, Chicago Heights, Oak Forest, West Chicago, Batavia and Lockport. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
A Flood Advisory means flooding along waterways and other poor drainage areas is already occurring. Persons in the advisory area should use caution and avoid flood waters. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
