* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and north central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Livingston. In east central Illinois, Ford. In north central Illinois, La Salle.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 605 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing torrential rainfall across portions of the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible over portions of the advisory area. Runoff from the rain that has fallen and additional rainfall will result in flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Streator, Pontiac, Paxton, Fairbury, Gibson City, Forrest, Flanagan, South Streator, Cornell, Melvin, Rutland, Elliott, Sibley, Long Point, Dana, Strawn and Clarence. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
