HAZARD...Localized wind gusts up to 40 to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Preston Heights, Joliet, Minooka, Plainfield, Crest Hill, Millbrook, Boulder Hill, Rockdale, New Lenox, Channahon, Crystal Lawns, Bristol, Fairmont, Millington, Ingalls Park, Elwood, Plano, Oswego, Lisbon, Plattville, Shorewood, Romeoville, Lockport, Yorkville, and Manhattan.
