* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, Essex, Hudson and Union and southeast New York, including the following counties, Kings (Brooklyn), New York (Manhattan) and Richmond (Staten Island).
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 556 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Rainfall amounts of mostly 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area, with local amounts up to 1,25 inches. This rain in a short period of time will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
