* At 618 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near San Angelo State Park, moving north at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will be near... Northern San Angelo, O.C. Fisher Reservoir, San Angelo State Park, and Grape Creek around 625 PM CDT. Carlsbad around 630 PM CDT.

* AFFECTED AREAS: TOM GREEN, TX

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Prepare immediately for damaging winds. People outside should move immediately to shelter inside a strong building. Stay away from windows. To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement agency. They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in San Angelo. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
