Please be advised that a main electrical wire, located in front of 896 Raritan Road (Clark EMS), has broken and is in the roadway. Police and Fire are aware of the situation and PSE&G have been dispatched. Motorists are advised to use Madison Hill Road to cross this area as the roadway has been closed due to this hazard.
This break in the line has caused several power outages in the area. CPD is aware and request that you do not call the non-emergency line asking about power restoration. Please contact PSE&G for updates. We ask you leave the lines available for emergencies.
