INCIDENT: PC288a(a), Lewd & Lascivious Acts with a Child Under 14 Years Old
LOCATION: City of Victorville, San Bernardino County
SUSPECT(S): Armando Felix, 50-year-old Resident of Victorville
VICTIM(S): Confidential Female
SUMMARY: On Monday, June 30, 2025, investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Crimes Against Children (CAC) Detail received information that Armando Felix sexually assaulted an underage female on several occasions in the city of Victorville. The repeated sexual abuse occurred when the victim was approximately 13-14 years old, between the years 2012 and 2013. Felix met the victim while coaching her softball team.
The completed investigation was submitted to the District Attorney’s Office for review. On Friday, August 15, 2025, the District Attorney's Office filed felony child sexual abuse charges against Felix. Felix was arrested at the Victorville Courthouse while he attended court proceedings for a separate child sexual assault investigation. Felix was booked at the High Desert Detention Center without bail.
Felix was a youth softball coach for several years. Detectives believe there may be additional victims and are releasing Felix’s photograph.
