* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 506 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms moving into the area with rain rates exceeding 2 inches per hour. Flooding may begin shortly after the onset of heavy rainfall. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
