* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will.
* WHEN...Until 930 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 536 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms with rainfall rates exceeding 2 inches per hour. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
