* WHEN...Until 315 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded. Slow moving or standing water may continue.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 919 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that heavy rainfall had ended across the area, but flooding due to earlier storms will likely continue for several hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
