Outage issues may impact Charter Communications customers ability to dial 911 
Tuesday, August 19, 2025, the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office has received information from Charter Communications regarding the possibility of customers experiencing a disruption of service to call 911.
In the event of that occurring Charter Communications customers experiencing issues are encouraged to call our non-emergency dispatch line at 843-524-2777 to reach emergency services.
